We promise only what we can measure — and refund when we can't

Our scorecard and diagnostic report are information analyses based on mechanical measurement of public web data and published research. Because AI platforms' answer-selection algorithms are private, we do not guarantee that any brand will appear in a given answer. Every measurement procedure is stated in the report so anyone can reproduce it, and prescriptions are limited to those with published evidence.

Our liability for a report is capped at the amount paid for that report.

• Before work begins — cancel any time before we start measuring and get a full refund.
• After delivery — once a report is delivered, the digital nature of the deliverable may limit cancellation, except for the quality guarantee below.
• Full refund if unmeasurable — if a site turns out to be impossible to measure with our method, we refund in full regardless of stage. A refund beats an unusable report.
• Monthly monitoring — cancel any time; you are not billed from the next cycle onward.

We are in an early reference phase. Engagements run on a service contract, and the contract and payment terms are sent by email before any work begins. For clients who need a formal invoice or company-registration details for procurement, tell us when you enquire and we will provide the required documents and account details in writing at the point the diagnostic is confirmed.
